Hatha classes: We will practice balance poses to help the calm and clear the mind, as well as, strengthen your physical balance & concentration.
Yin classes: Feet, ankle and hip stretches. All important for balance. Poses with symmetry. OMWork: Tree pose (legs only) while waiting off-the-mat. Or two videos, below...
